1. Services

MobileMotive provides on-site mechanical servicing and repairs for passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and fleet vehicles. Services may include logbook servicing, safety inspections, diagnostics, repairs, air‑conditioning, electrical work and pre‑purchase inspections. All services are performed by qualified technicians using quality parts and fluids.

2. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your request via our website or telephone. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayID and cash. Quotes are valid for 7 days and may be revised if additional faults are discovered. A minimum charge applies for diagnostic call‑outs.

3. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship and parts supplied for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first. Warranty claims must be made as soon as the fault is discovered. Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents or unauthorised repairs.

4. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to the minimum service charge.

5. Liability

We take care to ensure your vehicle is serviced to a high standard. However, except where required by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or the cost of re-performing the services.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details and vehicle information for the purpose of providing our services. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete our services.
